Join Just Move Fitness for this workshop series. The series will involve moderate physical activity designed to appropriately and safely challenge participants at their own level of capability.
Areas of focus will be grounded in:
functional bodyweight movements
balance
flexibility
core strength
playful exercise movements
In addition, we will facilitate conversations that are relevant to each exercise theme.
investment & Schedule
$200 for entire series or $45 per class
Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:30pm starting May 1st and concluding on May 29th
